“Attack”

Weeks after Kristina’s disappearance, the other villagers began to do their daily works under the sunny sky. But in one corner, Lianna and Ethan still are trying to comfort or either play with Ben, once again wearing one of their Adventure costumes—hooded cloaks, long kilts; brown, woolen vests decorated with sequins and strands of colored laces—made by themselves, over their everyday wear. And of course, their weapons. They must know what it feels like to lose someone you…well, for their thought, adore. As they were still nudging him, someone pointed up the sky. And everyone soon knew why. Gray clouds covered the whole village. Even though it was sunny, and still noon, the heavens turned into a dark-gray color. The darkest part was in the aim above the village’s outskirts. No one knew what was going on--filled with curiosity, the three headed off outside the backyard of their house; Ben’s depression was clouded by the anxiety to know what this mystery is—and into the opening of the village. Their parents noticed them and they followed them. The other villagers soon caught up to them. To their amazement, they saw a large black, swirling portal, followed by a wicked girl. Her hair is pitch-black, as black as the long cloak wore around her body, that it covered almost all of her clothes inside. And it is dark, after all. No one can see her real identity. And she has green, snake-like eyes, and claw-like hands wielding a powerful scepter. She is riding on a terrifying dragon that has a shade of dark blue, scaly skin and had three horns on each side. Its wings spread in a length of two houses, which is clothed in rough, pale skin. It roared as loud as thunder, and blew a burning, blazing fire on the ground.
“A monster!”
“We’re dreaming!”
“The Seranaire family was never nuts, that’s what I always say!”
“We’re gonna die!”
Ethan, Ben, Lianna, and so all the villagers ran, frightened, not knowing where to go. The wicked girl cackled all over Ranxville as she started to lift her scepter in the air.

Before anyone could know what exactly what the unknown infiltrating stranger will do, a great force of wind swept over all over Ranxville and in a second no one could see anything but full darkness. The sun was out, and all of them could feel nothing but coldness. Then next all the lights, engines, and all the electronics stopped dead. They could not even feel the gust of wind on their faces next, even the slightest one. Next, the water flowing died down, and dried up. The water faucets, small streams—slowly receded and ran out of water; not more than a drop left. It was a death sentence to all the villagers. The people stood there, frozen. Not because of the cold that was caused by complete darkness that covered the sun, but of the chill running down their spine. No one dared move or even said a word, and only the whirling wind and the flap of the dragon’s wing made a sound in this graveyard of a village. Now the stranger’s eyes started to wonder off the village like it was looking for something. The dragon’s head then jerked into the direction where the three Best of Friends in Town are huddling together under a burned tree. “So, that girl has what we need…” The wicked woman slyly said. Before Lianna could ever make out what she’s saying, the dragon got her by its tail and held her up high. “Help me!” she cried. “Hey! Bring her down you—you witch!” Ethan said, but was interrupted by the blazing fire heading towards him and Ben. They ran with all their might and tried to escape the burning trail chasing them all over Ranxville—until they thought to see the stranger gestured the dragon to stop. “They are no use,” they heard her faintly say; “We got what we need.” They started to ascend, with Ben and Ethan watching with a thought left in their minds: she is not going to get away with this!
They hid behind the trees, that the girl cannot see them, and heard her wicked voice as loud as the flashing thunder, “I’ve got all the power and energy I needed! Now, I can use it to continue on my plan!” she laughed loudly and wickedly as she was opening the portal to go back to her place, still holding Lianna, all tied up in the dragon’s tail.
